A reminder that the LP Principle (see p. 34 of the Programme Manual — https://www.channelmanche.com/assets/Programme-Manual-v14.3-EN.pdf) does not apply when it comes to eMS queries (as opposed to Programme queries). Project Partners and First Level Controllers should write directly to
ems@norfolk.gov.uk for all their
eMS-related queries.

Global List of Expenditures,
FLCs: you too have access to your PPs’
Global Lists of Expenditures.
The ‘
Partner global list of expenditure (LoE)’ button is located below your list of reports.
LPs:

AND to the
PROJECT Global LoEs (select ‘LP’ role and the ‘
Project global List of expenditure (LoE)’ button will be located on the left-hand-side menu).

Any eMS users who cease their activity, or are aware of someone no longer requiring eMS access, should inform the JS by email. Please contact ems@norfolk.gov.uk indicating which user should be deactivated and the date of ceasing the activity in eMS.

Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome although Edge seems to offer better results at the moment.
